Ms. Josie, an elderly black lady, is engrossed in her doll-making. Sitting in a rocking chair, she wears a print dress with blue-trimmed white collar, turned down stockings and slippers. She comes with the rocking chair and eight tiny handmade dolls. Notice her realistic arthritic fingers.

Elle Piccolo creates "little people" to inhabit dollhouses. She sculpts and paints each one, dresses them and adds leather or cloth shoes. She fashions all of the accessories that come with her "little people."
